What are peoples thoughts?
I know but games were the Astros, but still. Would you be starting him against the Cards next?
Homer Bailey
Re: Homer Bailey
I'm a K/9 and BB/9 disciple and both are excellent so I would start him.
I don't understand the whole "keep him on the bench until he proves it" principle for some players. Chances are, many have missed two stellar efforts and now risk missing a third. i think we need to keep the big picture in mind and accept the bad with the good and count on a reasonable level of performance by season's end instead of making week to week judgments.
Sorry, didn't mean to go on a mini-rant here.
