Sell high on Rooker

Rooker has been quite the surprise on a very bad A's team. Of course he can't keep hitting .300 with an OBP north of .400 for the ros but the power is real. Got him for $8 via FAAB. This is a 12 team AL only 5x5 keeper league using $260 for team salary on draft day. My only 1B is Torkelson $1. Would you try to move Rooker now for Nate Lowe $10 (needs an extension next yr...$5 yearly increment for up to 3 years)? Lowe hits in the middle of a potent Rangers lineup. Rooker has been in a bit of a mini-slump the last 2 weeks. I'm playing for this season (H2H) but Lowe's salary is still below market next season and probably 2025 as well. Thoughts?
