When i click on that link it drops me down to the comments at bottom of the page.

The links at the top direct you to the different sections. Either toggle down so you see the actual link or click the top link and it sends you to the section where all the points league spreadsheets are posted.
SPOILER: I'm in the process of souping up the sheet. I suspect users will like it.
