Can't say yes or no -- too contextual to league rules and how you manage the team.
Points are straightforward since you're not balancing categories.
The math is the points you think you get from the batter(s) replacing Blackmon versus Blackmon and compare that against the points you get from Perez and German as opposed to who the replace.
The key is looking at all the involved roster spots before and after the deal using your scoring system and rules with respect to frequency of roster moves.
