Get advice specific to your team. This can be opinions on trades, free agent or waiver pickups, who to start or even just "rate my team". It is helpful if you provide sufficient details regarding your league format and team composition.

Dakota Hudson

#1 Post by Jmo_10 »

2nd year subscriber in as many years playing fantasy baseball so please forgive the rookie-like questions I may have in the future hahaha....

I'm wanting to jump on hudson before hes added off the FA list. We do not have a blind bid acquisition for waivers (which i pushed hard for pre-season)

H2h points league standard scoring. 9max SP rostered. Would you drop any of my pitchers for hudson or maybe even a position player. As I'm sure you can tell i tried your aceless Pitcher approach which i think I assembled a strong team with upside at SP.
12 team H2H points weekly matchups. Standard scoring system

C.Jansen 1B.Hosmer 2B.J Wendle 3B.Longoria SS.Story MI.Simmons CI.Comargo OF.Mookie, Blackmon, Springer, Cain, Robles UTIL.Jimenez BE.Markakis, Tatis Jr, Renfroe SP.Taillon, Price, JA Happ, Lucchesi, Pivetta, Glasnow, Freeland, Eflin RP.A Chapman

I'm personally not a fan or Freeland, he'd be my choice. That said, Hudson's low strikeout total not only hurts in points formats, it makes him susceptible to poor outings. To be honest, I'd stick with Freeland, at least early as his schedule isn't bad. Your team, your call.
