Hey Todd,
I've played in some 12 team NFBC leagues the last couple years I'm and looking to jump to the 15 team Main Event this season. I'm sure drafting strategy changes a bit with 15 teams compared to 12. How does your drafting strategy change when comparing the 2 leagues? Are there any articles on drafting 15 team leagues? Thanks ahead for any insight
12 team vs 15 team NFBC leagues?
Re: 12 team vs 15 team NFBC leagues?
To be honest, I don't think drafting changes much. It's still about identifying market inefficiencies, reading the room, etc, The main difference is in-season where 12-teamers require more churning while 15-teamers require a little more patience since the available player pool is significantly weaker. Perhaps the main drafting difference is you need to know the back-end pitchers a little better and maybe take more risks in 12 teams since replacement level is higher.
