activating Samardzija who gets dropped

5x5 Roto 1400 IP limit

W - 11
SV - 8
K - 3
ERA - 8
WHIP - 6

SP - Strausburg/Severino
RP - Vazquez/Treinen
P - Godley/Mikolas/Fulmer/Reynaldo
BN - Manaea/S.Gray/ERod
DL - Samardzija

I can hold Samradzija for a start, and see how he and the drop candidates look after 1 more start. Who do you like dropping though? Fulmer,Reynaldo or Mikolas seem like the most likely candidates. However, don't know what sort of judgments to make in a sample size this small.

Don't make a small sample size judgment - drop who you considered to be the weakest pitcher coming into the season - not enough has happened to really change that.

Just keep in mind, Fulmer isn't as useful in K/9.

The concern with Reynaldo is obviously 1.40 era with a 4.32 xFIP. Something has to give ratio's wise. However if the walks go more towards 3.6-3.7 range per 9, rather than over 5 now. What does that do for his K-rate.

While Fulmer and Mikolas have issues missing bats. Of the two, I think Fulmer has more K-Upside than what he's shown. However, don't know what to make of Mikolas xFIP being a point lower than either ERA or FIP.

So much for not making a small sample size judgement...
