Although he hasn't been pitching all that well this season, I think I would go with Baker as I think TB offense would give Pettit fits.

Pettitte would slow the Rays running game, but I like Baker as well. His peripherals have been fine his last 2 outings:

I was leaning towards Baker. His last outing was very good until the 7th and that could be because he's just starting to get stretched out.
