Last year, I traded Ryan Braun for Clayton Kershaw around Spring Training on a 14 teams, 9-players keeper league. That was one of the main reasons why my team ended up winning the league.
Now that owner is offering me back Braun for Devin Mesoraco (1-catcher league).
In theory, for 2015 alone, this trade benefits my team but considering that Braun is on the decline phase of his career (and was injured most of last season) and Mesoraco's position (even though I consider 2014 his peak year), I'm having a hard time deciding. At the moment, the only OF I'm planning to keep is Carlos Gomez.
What do you think?

In a 14-team, 9 keeper league with one catcher, unless my catcher is named Posey, I'm not wasting the opportunity cost of a keeper on a catcher.

Wow .... lot of people would have a tough time selling that set of circumstances. You get Braun and Kershaw for whoever you gave up last year and Devin Mesoraco?? In a 1 catcher league? I think you would have to be prepared for some blowback there.
