Stroman?
It's looking like he'll be up shortly. He's a claimable FA (FCFS) in a 5x5 h2h league. My SP's are pretty decent, led by Darvish, Liriano, Estrada, Minor and Simon, but might he be an upgrade over Lackey, Ross Jr, or Mejia? Could also just add him and drop a bench hitter - Springer or Prado. Or just let him go to someone else?

I like Stroman as a prospect but I don't think you want to add him in a 12 team mixed league when most of his starts will be against other AL East teams (and in friendly ballparks)
