NL Only trade offer

I'm being offered Chad Tracy for Clint Barmes. If I don't do the deal I'll split 3B between Barmes and Freese based on matchups, etc. I'm hopeful that Tracy can rebound and with a few more starts at third would be eligible there. I also have Jeff Baker on my bench but I'm hearing that he isn't expected to be much more than a utility infielder. Barmes won't play for me elsewhere (barring injury of course) as I have Matsui at 2nd, Furcal at short, and Escobar at MI. Should I pull the trigger and muddle through a few weeks with Freese until Tracy gains 3B eligibility or just stand pat?
