A pitcher this week/ROS

I am in 2nd after a great run. I have roster expanded as permitted by our rules and am carrying 10 starters as I needed points in wins. A couple of points loom still for wins and I need to replace Smardizdija. The concern is I also have a point downside in WHIP. I could pick up McHugh, Norris, Hefner or Harrell for a shot at a win or a middle reliever to protect the downside (thinking Parnell, Boggs). Whoever I pick up I may drop next week depending on match-ups. BBHQ projects McHugh and Norris as having great starts this week, but I am skeptical. Looking for advice.
