Surprised to see the Tigers call up Avisail Garcia before September 1st. Lawr's Hotpage write up mentions his great speed and strikeout troubles. I believe most prospect sites had him in the 10-15 range in the Detroit organization pre season rankings. What are the chances of him being a full time player in 2013?
