Drafted Yesterday: 12 Team

I had my first draft of the year yesterday. This is a 12 team mixed keeper league that goes H2H with weekly transactions. We could keep 1 hitter (Teixeira), 1 pitcher (J.Shields), and 1 choice (Longoria). I had the #4 pick in a snake draft and took Granderson in Round 1. I tried to get a good mix of speed and power with the hitters and high strikeout potential with the pitchers. I also tried to select starters who were at the top of their teams prospective rotations as they would have a greater chance of giving me 2 start weeks thus more innings. Right now I have Hawpe on the bench; but he will fill the utility role once he is healthy. I am mainly a AL guy and reached for a couple of guys I wanted and missing out on others.

What do you guys think and where can I look to improve?

No one has any thoughts or advice on where I can improve?

Team looks solid. Outfield is interesting. Either powers guys or speed guys, w/Granderson being a little of both.
