looking for pitchers that will start on dl- worth drafting

i am in a al only 4x4 12 team league- trying to get creative for my end game- looking for a list of pitchers that will start the season on the dl that will give good contribution to this year- every year someone picks up a gem or 2 by doing this

Kelvim Escobar
John Smoltz
Dustin McGowan
Jake Westbrook
Ervin Santana
Brad Penny
Jeremy Bonderman
Justin Duchscherer

A couple of these guys may be ready to go opening day. It's a risky strategy to deploy, but it can be successful. Since it's a 4x4-only league, you could probably fill in with an adequate MR that would be useful even if the shot-in-the-dark pick didn't pan out.

Personally I'm staying away form Penny and Bonderman. I might take a $1 or $2 flyer on Duchscherer. I really like the first 3 plus Santana. I think Smoltz and McGowan will come cheap. Escobar will come at a reduced salary but not necessarily in the "cheap" category, but worth single digits.
