Diamondbacks placed RHP Daniel Hudson on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to April 19, with a right shoulder impingement.
Tough blow for the suddenly "snake-bitten" Diamondbacks. It's never good to hear that a starting pitcher is having shoulder problems, but hopefully this is something that will ultimately turn out to be minor. No word yet on what Arizona's decision-makers will do to fill Hudson's spot in the rotation, but Wade Miley seems to be the most likely candidate.
