who to replace Chris Carpenter

Get advice specific to your team. This can be opinions on trades, free agent or waiver pickups, who to start or even just "rate my team". It is helpful if you provide sufficient details regarding your league format and team composition.

who to replace Chris Carpenter

#1 Post by viper »

I took the injured Carpenter late in my NL-only draft and want to make a replacement until/in case he returns. We can only reserve DLed players or those sent to the minors AFTER the season starts. Pitchers use the standard 5 categories [K's used]

My options are
1) Homer Bailey
2) Lance Lynn
3) a solid K/ERA/WHIP setup man.

We have daily FAAB but each pickup costs after a small number which everyone exceeds.

Thoughts anyone
