Rank these prospect pitchers for a Keeper league

I have my auction Sunday and traditionally try to get a young arm with an eye on keeping him as I have done in the past with Lincecum for $5 and Storen for $1. I plan on keeping them from 3 to 6 years (Storen 4 and Lincecum 6). NL only 5x5.
I want to be able to have him in the rotation by next year, so that probably rules out G. Cole and Taillon in Pittsburgh, unless you think the will arrive early in 2013.
Please rank these pitchers and any others you think will be worthy of a speculative buck or two.

Trevor Bauer
Shelby Miller
Drew Pomeranz
Wily Peralta
Tyler Skaggs
Julio Teheran

I am not big on Delgado or Vizcaino in Atlanta, as I think the others have better upside.
I am thinking that Pomeranz, may start this year and Skaggs may beat Bauer to the bigs, but I like Bauer and Miller the most.
Thanks!

Rank them for this year? or 2013? or for long term value?

I am assuming that most will not have much value this year.
How about both 2013 and long term.

Well the only two I see with value for this year are Bauer and Teheran and obviously both depend on how many starts they get....BUT Teheran is likely going to start while Hudson is out for ATL (despite a poor spring) and there is a chance even if small that Bauer could replace either Collmenter or Saunders in the Diamondbacks rotation. ETA - Pomeranz looks to have a good shot to break with the Rockies rotation and if pitching several months longer would have more W and K, but hard to like him a lot in that ballpark for the long term.

Here are the long term ratings:
1) Trevor Bauer
4) Shelby Miller
5) Drew Pomeranz
6) Wily Peralta
2) Tyler Skaggs
3) Julio Teheran
