T. Wada

Wada was signed by Baltimore recently. What are reasonable expectations for him? Is he more likely to be a bust like
Matsuzaka or serviceable like Kuroda?

As a starter, I am not horribly optimistic -- I need to do Wada's translation (Japan translated to between Double-A and Triple-A) but the lack of seasons with a ton of innings is not a good sign. I'd prefer not to compare to Dice-K as his situation has too many factors to just make a blanket comparison, but I do think he will not be as good as Kuroda was a few years back.

4th starter, crafty pitcher whose home park was a bandbox and did well but doesn't have overpowering stuff.
