League context? the question makes it seem mixed
Roster context? looking for more K/W or help with ratios?
Todd may be right that across the board Cain would be better, but if I was adding one, my order would be

Ah jeez, and here I was leaning towards Anderson. LOL
League is a 12 team mixed. Roto.
I think Anderson is more the finesse pitcher of the group....BUT his team and his health make the others more attractive if you are looking for most categorical help - perhaps Anderson is the best for ERA and WHIP only - that is a very good group and you should be overjoyed to get any of them a month into the season - even in a twelver
