What ever happened to John Hunt?

#1 Post by rotonut »

Just reminiscing back to the late 80's when I first stumbled on this full time hobby and John was one of the few sources available.

He wrote for the Heater Magazine for awhile, then pretty much left the business focusing on his regular newspaper work. I actually have the spot intended for him in the XFL.

It seems pretty odd for someone who was once pretty high profile to just fall off the face of the earth. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had more than a casual mental connection with one Mr. Hunt.

A mention from John in his column put us on the map back in 1998/99 or so.

I'll ask around at Tout Wars next weekend to see if someone knows a little more.
