In mixed leagues I would avoid the situation all together. In AL only, I would not speculate at all, but would be ready to jump on Feliz if the discount were such that it would not be too bad if Feliz ended up starting.

capital I....capital F.......IF Feliz stays in the rotation the most likely candidate to step into the role would be Alexi Ogando

I will be at Rangers today and tomorrow and will see if there are any other thoughts
