DC area NL-only League wants one person

First the bad news - the draft date has yet to be firmed up. It looks to be late March but no one knows yet. Still if you might be interested let me know by PMing me here.
Particulars:
5x5 auction league many years in the making - this will be my 4th year
IP replaces Ks
10 teams, 14 starters [normal mix with two catchers] and 9 pitchers
no bench - old school
weekly lineups
trading allowed - some owners are active others are not - typical mix
your reserve list is limited to players sent to the DL and sent to minors or released. They can stay there for 2 weeks after they are called up. If you have the player on your roster, he starts.
Weekly FAAB transactions - zero dollar bids allowed. Some limitations on who can be acquired from FA.
the site is OnRoto
certain limitations on drafting depending on if the draft is before the season of during the first week - yes, that will happen but not likely this year.
most owners are over 40 and several work at main IRS office [move conversations away from tax issues]
laptops allowed at draft - I think
