Hisanori Takahashi

Don't know much about him, but looking at maybe putting in a FAAB bid in a 14 team mixed, with K/9 instead of K. Figure worst case he can be a decent filler middle reliever. What are the chances that he'll start, and that he'll be successful if/when he gets that chance?

I know he started in Japan, but I question how his repertoire will play 2 and 3 times through a lineup. He is "dominant" in the sense he fans a ton of guys, but he doesn't do it with a 95 mph fastball, but is more finesse and actually throws a screwball.

But since he dis start overseas, and the intention is to have Mejia spend 2010 in the bullpen, chances are pretty good he gets the ball at the beginning of the game at some point.
