I would suggest breaking up category three into two separate categories. Given the severity level is worst to least, I would have Category Three as "15-day DL" but expect out much longer but less than a 60-day trip. Category Four would be "15-day DL" and expected back about that time.

I like that idea and will make the change. A Sev-3 will be a more extended DL trip. A Sev-4 is a 15 day only trip.
