Kershaw to the bullpen?

#1 Post by Bobball »

I read on another site just now that Kershaw is going to the bullpen. Anybody know anything about this?

I've done some further research. LA Times today says Torre said Kershaw was sent home early from road trip to get ready to relieve Kuroda tonight, Monday, if Kuroda doesn't do well on his first start back.

On occasion, the Dodgers may play games to limit his innings, but don't fret, Kershaw is in the rotation to stay. He may get bumped on occasion and do an in-between relief stint or something like that.
