AL 5x5 keeper prospects - need 3 and your help

Originally posted (and since removed) from Strategy Forum - noob mistake, my bad.

3-man farm team to fill, I pick 7th ($3 salary), 13th ($2) & 22d ($1). Having looked at Mr. Law, HQ, BA & Mr. Sickels' community's thoughts, the list of available talent, by overall average rank, looks like this (bats in color):

1 - N. Feliz-TX-p
2 - J. Smoak-TX-1
3 - T.Beckham-TB-s; D.Holland-TX-p; E.Hosmer-KC-1
6 - C.Santana-CLE-c
7 - B.Matusz-BAL-p; C.Tillman-BAL-p
9 - G.Beckham-CHI-s
10 - J.Hellickson-TB-p
11-J.Montero-NY-c
12-B.Cecil-TOR-p
13-A.Hicks-MIN-o (BAT #7)
14-J.Walden-LA-p
15-B.Revere-MIN-o
16 - M.Iona-OAK-p
17 - M.Main-TX-p
18 - M. Bowden-BOS-p
19-A. Cardenas-OAK-2/s
20-N.Weglarz-CLE-1/o; M.Perez-TX-p
22-T.Flowers-CHI-c
23-JPArenciba-TOR-c; A.Poreda-CHI-p
25-J.Arrieta-BAL-p
26-G.Halman-SEA-o(BAT #13); J.McGee-TB-p
27-A.Miller-CLE-p
31-J.Borbon-TX-o
33-E.Beltre-TX-o
##-N.Reimold-BAL-o
##-Beau Mills-CLE-3

##-D.Bard-BOS-p

If Feliz is available @ pick 7, what bats would you take over him?
Thinking any Top 7 bat ahead of Holland/Matusz/Tillman. Mistake?
There's a definite lack of consensus on P after Feliz/Holland/Tillman/Matusz. Any P below them worthy of the #13?
Is Iona worth anything more than #22?
Other thoughts?

Thanks for your input.

Iona is 16/17 years old and a LOOOOONG way off. I would take Santana and then Hosmer over Feliz at 7.

I like both Bowden and Bard a lot, but Bard comes with a codicil - he probably needs to change organizations. He has two pitches (one of which is an extreme heater) - which suggest future closer - so, unless you are willing to put up with him as a setup guy in Boston for a while (until he's moved), I think Bowden is your better bet (and I already own Bard in my AL only).

In any case, good luck.
