I am new to Mastersball (literally signed up 30 minutes ago) and was wondering about player price differences between mixed and only leagues. For instance, Mookie Betts shows up at $32 in NL only 5x5 leagues and $40 in both mixed leagues. Assuming equal budgets, wouldn't it be normal to expect higher prices in only leagues given the smaller player pool?
Thanks
David

The delta is odd, the prices between formats for the top players are usually closer. Pricing is calculated over replacement, so in this case, Betts is left with a smaller percentage contribution per category in NL only, after the stats are adjusted for replacement. It may be a Ronald Acuna effect, or it may just be the composition of the pool. As an example, look at Kyle Tucker. His pricing spread is more typical.
