Trade for a player or FAAB?

#1 Post by CubFan »

12 team AL only 5x5 H2H keeper league. No FAAB left. Use W+QS and S+1/2H. Owner is going all in on using RPs. He's looking for Holds and Saves. My pitching is Gausman, Hunter Brown, Jon Gray, Gilbert, Silseth, Swanson, Will Smith, Fairbanks and Duran with Joe Ryan on IL. Other owner is looking to trade Sale and may do it for Swanson. I could also offer Swanson for $3 or $4 FAAB which would help me in case I need to replace someone although I do have Lewis, Bichette and Ryan coming off the IL sooner rather than later. I also wonder if he's desperate enough to trade his $5 Jung which would be a nice keeper next year at $10 or $15 but doesn't help much this season.

What are your thoughts? Trade Swanson for Sale to bolster my SP....Trade for FAAB...trade for Jung....or sit tight?

If you're going for it this season, Jung should not be on your radar. Past that, do what you feel gives you the best chance to win.
