Bryce Miller.....is his FB that good?

#1 Post by CubFan »

He's throwing it 70-80% of the time. I've seen his FB and it's pretty dang good but his secondaries are average at best. Doesn't it seem it's only a matter of time before hitters start teeing off on him? I picked him up a few weeks ago and wondering if I should trade him. 12 team AL only 5x5 H2H keeper.

Miller has a plus slider and is developing a changeup.

When you can locate, you don't have one pitch, you have a low and away fastball, a down and in fastball, etc.

Unless I was getting back an established starter, it's not something I'd do. Your team, your call.

There's an owner who was the under bidder via FAAB who wants him. He's not been happy with his SPs. He has a $20 Pablo Lopez, $20 Giolito and $16 Sonny Gray. My Miller cost me $19 of FAAB. Was gonna see if he'd part with Lopez or Giolito. Probably asking too much but won't know till I ask.
