Who has more value for this season between Prato and Carpenter in a 12 team AL only 5x5 keeper league using OBP? Carpenter has sold out to pull everything with a high launch angle to take advantage of the short Yankee RF porch. He's started to come back down to earth so now the pt question looms. Prato got recalled when Olivares landed on the IL so not sure what the Royals will do whenever he returns. Prato has displayed power but at the risk of BA as he has such a high K-rate. That's not going to improve in the majors and I figure only a matter of time before the league finds his achilles' heel(s).
No doubt Prato is the better keeper but who's better ros? I traded for Carpenter and Prato is available via FAAB.

To me, it's more a question of philosophy than looking at my ROS numbers.
With playing time questions for both, I'd rather dance with the devil I know, though Carpenter's playing time also revolves around whether the Yankees make a move, the rumor is Benintendi (which could even aid Pratto).
Maybe rolling with Carpenter until the deadline, then seeing what fleshes out is the safe play.
Grabbing Pratto now is the high-risk, high-reward approach.
