Hi I'm wondering what tool you suggest using for 12 and 15 team snake drafts?
Also any set up tips would be appreciated too.

Assuming you mean Platinum tools, I have newly posted colored ranking tiers some like to use and Google Sheet Draft Trackers which may be tough to use in a real-time draft but are great for extended/email type drafts.
