Drop who for Kinsler?

#1 Post by MaestroJay »

5x5 Roto 12 team

R - 9
HR - 11
RBI - 10.5
SB - 6
AVG - 5
W - 11
SV - 8.5
K - 5
ERA - 7
WHIP - 6

C - Contreras
1B - Goldy
2B - Albers
3B - Devers
SS - Story
OF - Blackmon/Marte/Polanco
UTIL - Choo/Markakis
BN - Bell/Panik
DL - Kinsler

Sp - Strausburg/Severino
RP - Rivero/Trenien
P - Godley/S.Gray/Montgomery/Mikolas
BN - Manaea/Estrada/Pivetta
DL - Samardzija

The simple answer is dropping Panik, as I obviously don't need a 3rd 2B. Also the HR/FB is unrealistic. The concern with him, is how much does the average drop, when the fly balls start getting caught. Without having the sample size to see how much of a batted ball change is going on.However, Markakis has an Acuna looming. Which we don't know what that play time situation happens.

Am I over thinkng the Panik drop here?

You, overthink? ;)

FWIW - Acuna is going to play left, Markakis is safe.

Panik is not the next Daniel Murphy. There's nothing different, he ran into three long balls early.
