Starting Colby Lewis?
Starting Colby Lewis?
Anyone going to start Colby Lewis today? I plan to watch a couple of starts and then judge if he is worthy.

I typically wait a start or two before activating/using SP coming back from injury. He's not elite and unless you're desperate or have no better option why risk having a pitcher who might blow up your ratios for a week? Now watch him go out and throw a no-no.
12 team AL only 5x5 H2H keeper league. Using OBP, W+QS and S+1/2H

Re: Starting Colby Lewis?
I can not see the strategy of starting a guy who has not pitched in an MLB game in over a year. Can he go 5 innings? Does he have his stuff? What about his stamina? Is he on a pitch count? Can't see it. Most will do what you are doing, daford ...adopting a wait and see attitude.
These are my views based on my own opinions and observations - your mileage may vary.
