Yeah ... I thought they got rid of Mc Court too!

General player discussion. It is encouraged but not necessary to note the name of player and the date of the news in the subject.

Loria got the players he wanted, the manager he wanted, the stadium he wanted with the name he wanted. And now he gets what he has ultimately wanted all along ... money. And in a personal view ...this is Ecsobar's last chance. He's alienated himself wherever he's been. If the Latino population in Miami can't get behind him, maybe one man IS an island - he'll make Revis look like Gilligan.
These are my views based on my own opinions and observations - your mileage may vary.

Like they got behind Ozzie (j/k)

I'm on record as saying I could care less about the extra curricular activities part of deals (like Loria screwing over the fans) and focus on the fantasy aspect.

Let's just say that if I put an arrow next to names, Jose Reyes would get two green up arrows, Escobar a red down arrow and Stanton five red down ones -- I'm a bit concerned if I own Stanton. He could hit 70 HR, score 80 and knock in 80 -- while striking out 270.
