Javier Vazquez - worth a shot?

A Vazquez owner in one of my leagues (5x5 mixed 14 teams) has cut bait. Is he worth a significant FAAB bid? I would drop Romo, whose value looks at best minimal with Wilson due back tomorrow.

I normally like to be the guy who capitalizes on other owners knee jerk reactions this early in the season......but I just cut Vazquez in a 12 team mixed 5X5 roto. In my league, I think Vazquez will sit on the waiver wire and I could re-acquire him if things look better down the road...maybe not, but that is a chance I am willing to take for a guy who was at the back end of my rotation.

I think my early drop of him has more to do with the fact I hadn't really sold myself on him, and drafted him more based on where MB had him in the MIX12 tiers than anything. I needed a SP5 and was surprised he was still there in the twilight rounds.
