Is there a one-page cheat sheet with players listed by position and prices for each of the usual league set-ups (15mix, 12mix, AL, NL)? Printable would be perfect.

No, there is stuff similar, but not exactly that.
You can generate a version with the CVRC then size it how you wish for printing or we have positional tiers but not with the actual values, just players put in tiers.
