Addition of Houston to the AL

I am in an AL only league that had 10 teams in 2012. We decided that with the addition of Houston to the AL, we would
expand to 11 teams. That increases the % of players drafted from 65.7% to 67.4%. I know that category targets are not
in favor anymore, but they have always worked well for me in the past. Normally I would think that with adding a team to the
AL and a team to our league, it would not have much of an effect. But Houston's team has a weak offense and that makes
me think that the effect might be greater than I originally thought.

Given the variables that are at work here, are there any way to figure what the effects might be?

Thanks for any insight you can offer.

I personally think the impact will be minimal -- same old same old. When you spread out the difference over 12 teams, it gets masked in round off except a buck or so at the top.
