Cespades.....break out season?

#1 Post by CubFan »

Todd, keep reading how many expect Cespades to put up big power numbers now that he's in Detroit but every site that has projected lineups has him hitting 6th, behind JD Martinez. Very rare for a hitter in the 6th spot to put up 100+ RBIs. Since Masterball's projections have him over 100 RBIs and Martinez in the 70s is it safe to assume you believe Cespades will bat 5th? Reason I ask is I've been warming up to him and may target him during the draft if he indeed looks like he'll hit 5th in the order.

I actually have him hitting all over the place. I'm not sure Gose sticks up top which could put JD Martinez in the two-hole.
