Values, Rankings, and Rankings with $

I set up the hitting CVRC for an 8 team AL league following the instructions. The values are fine. I then turned to rankings, but the rankings are only including NL players. I turned to rankings with $, but that is a mixed pool of players. Is there a way to having the rankings and the rankings with $ be tied to the 8 team AL hitters?

you have to click the appropriate button on the set up page
