10tm H2H categories redraft league advice

With the news that Harper is "still a long ways from running" is it time to drop him? My league only has 3 active OF spots and I also have jd Martinez, judge, Hoskins, and Desmond.

ESPN has taken him off their no drop list -- just to put things in perspective.
