Advice On Which 4 keepers

#1 Post by RandyKutcherHair »

Looking for some keeper advice. This is a 10 team mixed CBS Head to Head league. I can keep 1 hitter, 1 pitcher and 2 flex spots (hitter or pitcher). Given my roster, I am leaning towards 3 hitters and 1 pitcher; but having a hard time narrowing them down.

I listed full roster and scoring system below. For the hitters I am choosing between Encarnacion, Altuve, Bregman, Correa, & Turner. For the pitchers I am choosing between Hill, Kluber, and Greinke. Thoughts and/ or advice?

Hitters:
Russell Martin C | TOR
Edwin Encarnacion 1B | CLE
Jose Altuve 2B | HOU
Alex Bregman 3B | HOU
Carlos Correa SS | HOU
Yoenis Cespedes OF | NYM
Carlos Gonzalez OF | COL
Trea Turner OF | WAS
Carlos Santana U | CLE
Miguel Sano 3B | MIN
Aaron Judge OF | NYY
Kendrys Morales U | TOR

Pitchers:
Andrew Cashner SP | TEX
Jose De Leon SP | TB
Rich Hill SP | LAD
Corey Kluber SP | CLE
Ivan Nova SP | PIT
Marcus Stroman SP | TOR
Zach Britton RP | BAL
Zack Greinke SP | ARI
Wily Peralta SP | MIL
Carlos Rodon SP | CHW
Julio Teheran SP | ATL
Francisco Rodriguez RP | DET
David Phelps RP,SP | MIA

Scoring system below:
Batting
1B Singles 1 point

Altuve, Correa, Turner and Britton. Greinke doesn't seem to like the hitter friendly confines in Arizona as much as he liked LA, Hill is an older Gio Gonzalez - he gets hurt a lot and if the curve is not working? uh oh. And Kluber? I can't see him matching last year, much less bettering it ... let's face it ...who does except Kershaw ... and even he's no guarantee ... whereas I can see Britton matching his 2016 season.
These are my views based on my own opinions and observations - your mileage may vary.
