Lee's career stats at Arlington are not pretty.......from ESPN "7.62 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and .311 opponents' batting average in seven career starts" Warning: small sample size. In edit: tonight gives up 3 bombs to the mighty Orioles. Hmmm, time to sell high may be flying by fast.

Can Holland fit on my team?

I was thinking of adding Derek Holland but not sure who I'd drop for him. If I drop Ziegler (who's next in line for saves) then I'd have 8 starters and I'm thinking I'm asking for trouble in my ERA and WHIP. I could drop Cecil but he's looked good prior to tonight's disaster. And one has to be aware...

Not in a redraft league. We don't have a minor league draft nor can we bid on a player unless they are on the 40 man roster and are still in camp at the time of our draft. So what do you think it will take in your league to get Price and Wieters? ... I'm in the same boat with FAAB on those guys this weekend. I'm not sure what to bid ... I'm in mid-lower half of the standings right now. Well, prior to today's outing I thought around $20 would land Price in our league ...

Well you can add Hillman and Moore onto the scrap heap as well with the way they handled Soria's sore shoulder. There was no inkling of anything being wrong until about early May and then they as well as Soria downplayed it until they had to owe up to the fact that it had been bothering him since th...

Can carry over a max of 6 keepers. In season salary cap of $310. I likely would not protect Nathan at $28 as we've never had a closer go for more than $30 (other than Rivera in his prime). Agree Nathan would help ratios but a single relief pitcher wont affect my ratios as much as say a stud starter ...

I suspect since the Padres has put Peavy in play that there will be a number of teams come calling. I wonder if my Cubbies have anything the Padres want out of their minor league system. They pretty much gave away a number of players during the winter which could have been part of a package.

KC - watched Soria on TV last night. He didn't "look" right. Gave up 2 hits, 2 walks and a run in an inning. Hillman attributed it to rust. 13 of 29 pitches were strikes. Lowest percentage of his career, just the second time in the last 2 years that he has thrown more balls than strikes. H...

In our 12 team AL only keeper league we have a $310 in-season salary cap. If you are considering Jenks at $25 then Soria at $19 is a better bet. He's in the same class as Nathan, Rivera and Papelbon. Francisco and Morrow also merit attention at $10 and you could drop Danks for one of them.
