Re: Pujols and Bautista...
Fair point, Mickey. I am going to need Albert and Bautista, just trying to find some hitting to go along with them when they remember who they are. If only one or two of my other hitters were picking up some slack!

Thanks Perry. I could try being even more patient (at least you've talked me back down off the ledge!) and go with Carp if he's likely to be the best long-term solution. The way my season has started, power is the missing ingredient.

Thanks for the views. The MIs do lack star quality, but as you say, I had to get four of them. As I posted in the strategy section, top 400-rated players were randomly put up for auction rather than nominate your own players. Changed the dynamic of the drat quite a bit. New rule for dollar auction. Thoughts?
This year's alteration to our auction is a long story, but it boils down to this: In a dollar auction, what effect will it have with the computer randomly selecting the player to be nominated. In other words, Pujols may come out first, or 420th. Impossible, it would seem, to try to get players spend...

Definitely not (sadly, as I'm an Angels fan), just wondering who is more likely to be productive for the rest of the season. Belt will soon have positional flexibility, too. At the moment, either player would be on the bench until I can work out a trade.
