AL 4x4 - I can acquire a $5 M Capps - Saves are at a premium on our league. Certainly not the safest closer out there, but I don't see a ton of competition in that bullpen.
If the cost was a $5 J. Montero would you pull the trigger? Can keep both for 2 years.

I like him an awful lot, ,maybe I was just hoping that when he landed as the set up guy in Det that some of the appeal would wear off. In an 11 team 4x4 AL only - would you feel comfortable keeping at $7. The thing about an auction it only takes one other guy to really like to move the price to 12.

That projection jumped out at me a bit - a quality set up guy with an injury track record- If velarde healthy I don't see how he can earn that. I have him at $7 and was planning on tossing him back with the thought of getting him for 3 or 4 bucks. Am I missing something...

I don't love what is being offered to you - maybe as you get closer to ST your offers will improve as I'm sure most owners will have interest in Mauer at that price.

Is Napoli a keeper at $18? will he go for more than that at auction? Maybe you toss him back.

I saw that you guys had a fairly aggressive projection for Napoli. I'm not sure where the Ab's are coming from. Scioscia clearly prefers Mathis to him- he lucked into his ab's last year by playing first base, that will not happen this year. Just curious as to what others thought.

I want to say I really think the MB staff and writers are outstanding. The only problem in My opinion is the layout of the site..difficult to see what is newly posted information as newer and older articles kind of co mingle on the home page. One suggestion is to more claerly label the newer article...
