I've been entering the rosters from a 15 team draft and am on the 5th team. When I tried to enter the team
number (13) for Drew Smyly, I got an error message that I couldn't enter that because it was a protected

ETA: Now it's doing it for players.

When I opened START the dollar values looked strange. One example, Joey Votto shows a dollar value of $37 and Nolan Arenado was at $32 for a 15 team league. When I use the CVRC, Votto is at $28 and Arenado is at

Good catch there and I think this is a recent tag so that MLB.com could keep updated off transactions and speed and yet tell people not to call the clubs with questions/comments. Interesting that so few players from Houston drew interest. Carlos Quentin to San Diego for a couple of minor league pitchers.
Todd, they obviously didn't get the memo about having the trade early enough in the week to give you time to think
about how to spread the additional AB on the update.

Honestly? I think he is the odd man out, his health will more dictate the means. That said, there are other ramifications as well, most notably Trumbo and either Wells/Abreu. Intersting. Hosmer is going to be a fine major leaguer and has a good chance to be a star. But he does have the troubling tendency to swing at fastballs that are high out of the strike zone. He's going to have to correct that or his BA is going to suffer. He is great on pitches low in the strike zone. But he's ...

I watched the game and Duffy certainly has the stuff to succeed. The radar gun clocked him at 97, although I think that must have been a "fast" gun because Ogando hit 99 on several pitches. Duffy's control was off, particularly on his curveball and his changeup. His walk rate in the minors...

I play in a 10 team, AL only 5x5 league.
There is no way I keep Napoli at $16. CVRC with hitting at 68% values Napoli at $9. In order for him to be worth more than
$16, he would have to almost double the stats projected by MB. He would need somewhere around 38-39 HR, 90 runs
scored and about 100 RBI.

Full price is a first round pick. My admittedly aggressive playing time is 85%. His ranking is between 25 and 30, depending on how many pitchers are drafted early. That's early 3rd in a 12-team mixed, late 2nd in 15-team mixed. His ADP is 57, which allows for some decent wriggle room, which is why ...

I hate to say this, but Kinslers value has always been held back because of injury, not because of where he hits in the
lineup. I think that I will pass unless there is an injury discount. Maybe this will be the year that he stays injury free, but
I wouldn't want to pay full price to find out.
