Thanks Gents. I appreciate the excellent feedback. I ended up landing him in both of my NL leagues. They are redraft for the most part, but have pretty deep benches. Hopefully, he gets a crack and can make the most of it.

I agree with Roche here completely. I don't even think I'd play in a league that didn't allow stats to accumulate for players that are traded to the other league.

Don't know much about this guy since I play predominantly in NL leagues. In a 12 team mixed, is he worth snatching with a current middle infield of Felipe Lopez, Furcal and Kelly Johnson?

Seems to me that the Pirates could have held out for more. But what else do you expect from this organization?
